Limited edition does not mean limited in any way except to the number of them that they could sell. lol. All it really means is that it is the "upscale" model with just about all of the options. The trim levels are Laredo, Freedom Edition, Limited Edition, and Willy's Overland Edition. The only model higher than the Limited edition is the "Willy's Overland Edition". The "Willy's Overland Edition" is actually a limited Edition and woud be difficult to find.
Either way the Grand Cherokee is a great truck that you can actually take off road right out of the box (should you need to), and are very nice vehicles. I hope you enjoy yours.
