Heroes: Episode 2.9 "cautionary Tales" Afterthoughts
We've all heard it a million times--Heroes season 2 is a complete failure. Sure, things started to pick up in the eighth or so episode, but this just can't make up for the huge flop of the beginning of the season. The damage has been done, and many believe that the WGA writers' strike must be a good thing for the once highly acclaimed series.
Heroes Volume 2 was named "Generations," a title it never lived up to, to this day. The second season was supposed to be all about the magic 12, whose powers have supposed to be passed on to the current generation of Heroes. Instead, the season focused on boring new characters from who knows where and introducing a major evil force with the Shanti Virus.
Currently, it seems that only one Hero is interested in uncovering the truth about the Group of 12, and it's big daddy, Matt Parkman (Greg Grunberg). Add up to that the lost Honduran twins who seem to be going nowhere. If ever they are, they're taking way too long, seriously.
Generations is supposed to feature the Heroes together, not apart. It seems like the common theme in this season is that they're all isolated, supposedly living a new life which we all technically dislike. Instead of putting them each in different fish bowls, why not place them all in one huge aquarium for more interaction? That's what Generations is supposed to be about. Yes, new characters may be a good thing, as long as the series shows the necessary link between the new characters and the old ones, a mistake they neglected throughout the second season.
Nonetheless, this all doesn't mean that Heroes will permanently go to the dogs. Basically, the show can use this writers' strike to take a break and rethink things, reevaluate their storylines in line with the fans and viewers reactions. This may be a good move for them, as they could redeem themselves from what happened in season 2. Just look at 24 and how they've redeemed themselves from a bad season. From what Tim Kring has recently said in one of his public appearances, he recognized the fact that they did make a few mistakes and they are indeed willing to straighten things out soon. This will serve as a promise to Heroes fans that things will get better after the break.

Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World (saw vids on YouTube, I know im gonna love it!)
Tales of Vesperia
The only games in the series that I have played are Destiny II (Eternia), Symphonia, Phantasia, Mythology: New World, Abyss.
My favorite, although I haven't finished it yet is Abyss, with Eternia as a close second, but Symphonia has a special place with me since beforeit, I had never even heard of the series.
