The Best Digital Camera: Guidelines in Buying
No one really cares too much about the greates deals out there. Regardless of the hobbies, interests or categories a buyer has. What most people are after is the value or the worth of the money they are spending for a certain thing. That is the same with having the best digital camera available. If I buy a $300 dollar worth of a camera, it should have features equivalent to the price.
I am quite confident that you will fine the following tips very helpful if you are one to agree with my thoughts. And if you are able to follow them, you will see that you can have the best digital camera out there that you can buy.
The book "Ninety percent of everything is crap" written by one of my favorite author, Theodore Sturgeon, which will be the basis of most of the discussions as we go further. From the book, I have ideally converted its ideas when you are going to buy or select the best digital camera out there.
First set of questions:
1. Does the camera you ought to buy belongs to the top 5 list of most customer reviews? If not you may consider dropping it from your list and move on to the next candidate.
2. Consider reading comments of customers. See to it that the rate is atleast 90 percent positive. Most of the best ones should get good rates of reviews, and if the if some cameras in your list does not have it then move on.
The Next Step
When you finally have a list of the prospect models, the next thing you need to do is conduct a thorough trial run of each one. You may find it timely to do but I guarantee it will be rewarding.
Visit as much camera stores as you can near your place. Ask as many annoying questions if you like, but make sure you are making sense of your questions. Try if you can flatter the store manager to let you take a few home. After two days or two for sure your list will even narrow down to one or three choices.
But then if you are looking for the quickest way out of this there is always what we call "plan B". If you are lazy enough to follow my simple guideline in looking for the best digital camera, here are my best suggestions for you to consider: Nikon D3100 Digital SLR Camera, Olympus E-PL1 Micro Four Thirds Camera,Panasonic Lumix DMC-G2 (Micro Four Thirds),Olympus Evolt E-420 Digital SLR Camera.

Why is Science fiction held is such low esteem by literary critics?
It seems to me that science fiction is just fiction set agains against a broader canvas. The genre has some excellent writing as well as some pretty poor stuff. As Theodore Sturgeon said: "90% of science fiction is crud, but then so is 90% of everything else." what about the 10%?
Evidence: Doris Lessing denied the Nobel prize for literature for 40 years after daring to write a science fiction novel.
Ian Banks having to write his science fiction under a (slightly) different name and being praised for his straight fiction, but not his science fiction.
Is it perhaps something to do with literary critics not understanding science, and so belittling anything associated with it?
Snobs. It's why comic actors never win Best Actor Oscars. I mean, any actor worth his salt can act, but try acting and being funny ! It's a tough gig. Just look at how useless De Niro is in comedies. And how good Jim Carey is in straight roles (as long as he doesn't grimace, it looks too weird and makes you immediately think of his comedic roles).
